Training and Support: Avalent's Pledge to Customer Satisfaction

Training sessions at Avalent are the cornerstone of our pledge for customer satisfaction. Our courses are divided into a hardware and software tutorial curriculum. During our hardware tutorial, we go over usage and characteristics of our Janus and Tiber core families including: pins and timing, hardware simulation usage, and layout requirements. Our one-on-one sessions focus on our customers, allowing our talented hardware instructors to field any specific questions that our customers might have.

During our software tutorials, our instructors go over the basics of our evaluation board, the usage of our wide range of ICE debuggers and the SDK development toolchains for Windows, Linux and various Unix platforms. Our trainers are also available for one-one-one sessions which allow the customer to get individual attention for software questions that relate to their design or specific software ports to their evaluation board. At Avalent Technologies, our first goal is customer satisfaction.
